These terms cover the use of this website. They are a draft and have not been reviewed by counsel. They are not a service agreement.

The site

The pages describe services Tritek Cloud offers around Greater Pittsburgh and the Tristate Area. Where a fact is not confirmed, the page says so instead of guessing. That includes prices, hours, certifications, and response times.

No service contract is formed here

Sending a form or calling does not create a support agreement. Work starts when both sides accept a written scope. Contract length is not stated on this site yet.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break into anything, to send malware, or to pretend to be someone else. Forms that include a hidden field filled in by a script are discarded.

Information on the pages

Articles and the checklist are general information for small businesses. They are not legal advice, not a compliance certification, and not a promise that your environment matches the examples.

Liability
