This is a plain description of how this website treats information. It is a draft for Tritek Cloud and it has not been reviewed by counsel. Have an attorney read it before you rely on it.

What this website collects

The pages themselves do not ask you to create an account. If you use a form, the site opens an email in your own email app addressed to support@tritekcloud.com. The website does not have a server that stores those submissions. If you email or call, we have whatever you chose to send.

A theme choice, light or dark, is stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. That is a preference, not a tracker. This site does not run advertising cookies and does not load a third-party analytics script.

How we use what you send

We use it to answer you, to provide support if you are a client, and to prepare an assessment or a quote you asked for. We do not sell contact details.

How long it stays

Email you send is kept as long as we need it to do the work you asked for, or as long as a support ticket needs it. A separate retention schedule has not been published.

Your requests

To ask what we have, or to ask us to correct it, email support@tritekcloud.com. If a law gives you a specific right, say which one, and we will respond in line with that law once counsel has confirmed the process.
