Questions people ask
Can you move us off an in-house mail server?
Yes. The destination we recommend for almost every small business is Microsoft 365, not another server in a closet or a dated hosted-Exchange plan.
What is Copilot readiness?
Copilot can show people documents they already have permission to open. If those permissions are sloppy, the tool will be sloppy too. We tidy access first, then turn the feature on for the people who need it.
Does Microsoft back up Microsoft 365 for us?
Microsoft keeps the service running. That is not the same as a backup you can restore after a deleted mailbox or a ransomware hit inside SharePoint. We set up a separate backup and test it.
Azure or AWS?
Whichever fits the workload. Many of our clients land in Microsoft Azure because they already use Microsoft 365. Amazon Web Services is on the table when the application calls for it.
