Backup & Disaster Recovery

If disaster hits, be back up in hours, not weeks.

Local and cloud copies of the systems you cannot run without, plus a restore test so the backup is more than a green check mark.

Who this is for

Any company that would stop taking orders if the server or Microsoft 365 disappeared. That includes firms whose insurance application now asks when the last restore test happened.

What’s included

  • Server backup

Image-based copies of servers, kept locally for a fast restore and in the cloud in case the office is the problem.

  • Workstation backup

Protection for the laptops that are not “just a thin client,” especially the ones with files that never made it to the server.

  • Microsoft 365 and Google backup

Mail, files, and the other data that lives only in a cloud suite.

  • Disaster recovery as a service

A way to bring a server back in the cloud if the office hardware is gone.

  • Restore testing

A scheduled test, with a note of what came back and how long it took. An untested backup is a hope.

  • Continuity plan

A short written plan: who decides, which systems come back first, and how you reach customers while you are down.

How we deliver it

  1. 1

    Name what hurts

Which systems stop the business, and which can wait a day. That order drives the design.

  2. 2

    Put copies in two places

A local copy for speed and a cloud copy for a fire, a flood, or a theft.

  3. 3

    Restore something

We run a test restore and write down the result. The exact recovery target is agreed after we see the systems. We do not publish a one-size recovery time.

  4. 4

    Write the one-page plan

The continuity note lives somewhere you can open if the office network is the thing that failed.

Questions people ask

How fast can we be back?

The aim is hours, not weeks. The recovery target is written into your plan after we see the systems. We do not print a single number and pretend it fits every office.

Do you test restores?

Yes. Regular restore testing is part of the service. A backup job that has never been restored is not evidence.

What about Microsoft 365?

We back that up separately. Deleting a mailbox or encrypting a SharePoint library is a bad day even when Microsoft’s service is healthy.

Will you quote a scary statistic about data loss?

No. You already know a week without your files would hurt. We would rather show you a restore test.
